Mills can be build on unused plains. They mill the grain to flour, which is then used for making bread in the bakeries. There should always be enough grain in the stock. In the stock the distribution of the grain between mills and paddocks can be adjusted.

Hints by experienced players

You should have as many mills as bakeries and upgrade them in parallel.
